All animals are equal but some animals are more equal than others This proclamation by the pigs who control the government in the novel Animal Farm by George Orwell is a comment on the hypocrisy of governments that indicate the absolute equality of their citizens but give power and privileges to a small elite.

I am still curious though does Orwell take this quoteconcept from someone else or is he the original inventor of it.
Its interesting though because in this system women are always subservient and men always have the power. This was the exact opposite of what they originally intended to achieve. This says much precisely because it makes no sense in terms of a propositional approach to language about the world.
